Refund policy

At Art of Awadh, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. As a brand rooted in artisanal craftsmanship, slight variations are natural and part of the garment’s uniqueness.

Damages and issues 
In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are happy to assist with a replacement.An unboxing video is mandatory to process any claim.The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened.

Exchange Policy
We offer exchange in case of size mismatch (unused and unworn garments only) or approved cases. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact. Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Exchange is allowed once per order. The replacement product will be dispatched only after the original item is received and inspected.

Reverse Shipping:
Customers are required to ship the product back to us. If pickup is arranged from our end (subject to availability), a ₹200 per piece charge will apply. We recommend using a reliable courier service, as we are not liable for loss during transit.

Return / Refund Policy
As a company policy, we do not offer returns or refunds once a product is sold.Products can only be exchanged for another size or an item of equal or higher value.

Not Eligible for Exchange / Claims
The following will not be considered as defects:

  • Personal dislike (design, colour, or fit preference)
  • Minor variations in embroidery or finish (natural in handcrafted products)
  • Slight colour differences (due to lighting or screen settings)
  • Minor thread pulls or tassel movement during transit
  • Fabric texture expectations
  • Size variation within ±5%

These are inherent characteristics of handmade garments and reflect their authenticity.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.Cancellations will not be accepted after 24 hours.
